Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
