The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the maintenance department with maintaining the property's pristine condition. You will work and learn from the head maintenance person 20 years of experience in this field. The ability to take direction, follow instructions and be detail oriented is very important for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance duties
- Manage Pool and Spa
- Complete administrative duties, such as reporting maintenance statuses to General manager and other appropriate colleagues
- Fix minor issues related to electricity, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building
- Report any repair needs beyond your scope to Head Maintenance person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
