Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them pristine and safe.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment; this includes disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control and scheduling to optimize workflow and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising teams is a plus but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
