What Success Looks Like

- Accurately schedule and register patients with complete demographic and insurance information
- Confidently communicate with patients, physician offices, and insurance companies
- Process pre-certifications and authorizations efficiently and correctly, when needed.
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation in all systems
- Provide a professional, calm experience for patients and callers

Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
