What You’ll Do
- Perform DXA bone density exams using FRC protocols and ALARA safety standards
- Update and maintain accurate records in RIS/PACS
- Review prior imaging and confirm exam details
- Obtain medical history and clearly explain procedures to patients
- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with general center duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all state/federal regulations
- ARRT (R) certification
- Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS/AED certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
