- Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
- Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
- Bellevue Outpatient
Details
- Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 15 patients per day [All ages from 13 ].
- Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts.
- Work-Life Balance: Once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
- Conduct medical assessments, initial H&Ps within 24 hours of admission, follow-ups, and patient discharges for adolescents and adults.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and medical issues.
- Co-manage patients with complex medical comorbidities during their length of stay, alongside Psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and support staff.
- Provide medical education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications that may impact overall health.
- Provide medical consults as needed in the General Adult units, Mission Resiliency Program (military, veterans, etc.), and Detox/SUD units.
Benefits And Compensation
- Salary range: $140,000-$184,000

- 26 days Paid Time Off annually.

- Full-time, employed W-2 position.
- Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
- Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
- Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
- Required Experience: 3 years of prior work experience in a clinical FNP role required (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
