We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Global Philanthropy team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day contact for multiple nonprofit clients, managing campaigns and events that engage major donors, foundations, and corporate partners. You’ll balance client service, project management, and strategy support — ensuring high-quality delivery while collaborating with colleagues across Faircom.

In-person presence is expected for client meetings and events, which may occasionally require short notice or evening hours. Our busiest in-person seasons are April–May and September–December.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong and responsive relationships.
- Manage planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, including major gift and foundation campaigns, corporate partnerships, and donor events.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, data, and events) and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and fundraising materials that clearly communicate performance and recommendations.
- Support on-site event production, including program management and fundraising integration.
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
- Background in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, or corporate/foundation relations preferred; experience with digital or direct mail campaigns a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising CRMs a plus.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable approach; comfortable working across teams and with diverse clients.
