Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Status – Part-time

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children with autism and related developmental needs through high‑quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. As an RBT, you’ll work directly with clients, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Essential Functions
- Implement ABA treatment plans created and supervised by a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 direct therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings
- Collect accurate behavior data during each session (we use Central Reach)
- Support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior reduction
- Follow behavior intervention strategies consistently and professionally
- Maintain session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance standards
- Communicate progress and challenges to supervising clinicians
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain RBT certification
- Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods of time.
- Ability to see for purposes of reading laws and codes, rules and policies, and other printed matter and observing students.
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal speech levels, in the English language.
- Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Moderate to high stress levels.
- Work fluctuates between a school, office and home environment.
- Climate is normal; occasional adverse weather conditions.
- Regular contact with parents, community members and outside agency personnel.
- Hazards: Incumbent may be exposed to contact with individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behavior.
- Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.
- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule.
- Occasional weekend work will be mandatory based on client needs.
- Travel: This position requires up to 100% travel moving between client residences. Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet Fairclough Behavior Services LLC Company’s State: Florida's driving requirements and must have a dependable means of transportation Additional Functions
- Required Education and Experience: RBT Certification.
