Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client is a specialized construction firm focused on the design and installation of complex water features for commercial and public spaces across the United States.

Responsibilities
- Ensure project schedules are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor job progress and report on timelines and financials to internal leadership and clients
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements
- Order and manage delivery of materials to maintain project timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role
- Experience in commercial construction, water feature experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors, including selection and oversight
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, exposure to scheduling tools preferred
- Ability to travel when required
