Overview
The HR Generalist will provide all human resource activities for the company including recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employment policies and compliance.
Key Functions
Recruitment and Onboarding- Support and participate in recruiting. Manage the hiring process from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
Benefits Administration- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Performance Management- Oversee performance review systems, provide feedback, and support employee development.
Employee Relations- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Training and Development -Identify training needs, track employee certifications and ensure ongoing employee development.
Compliance - Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensure compliance, and advise on HR policies and procedures. Create and update HR policies and procedures and maintain Employee Handbook.
HR Administration- Maintain employee records, oversee payroll processing, and manage other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience and training
· 4 years of experience in human resources
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced computer skills with MS and data processing applications
· Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking
· Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
· Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
