About Fairbite
Fairbite is a new food delivery platform focused on one mission: ensuring food arrives hot, fresh, and consistent every single time. We are the first delivery service in DFW that requires all drivers to use the Fairbite Hot Box, a fully heated, fully charged, soft-shell insulated system that keeps meals at peak temperature from the restaurant to the customer. Restaurants finally have a delivery partner that protects the integrity of their food.
We are preparing for a major launch in the DFW area and are building a team of strong B2B sales professionals to help onboard restaurants.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to bring restaurants onto the Fairbite platform. This role involves in-person outreach, partnership development, and deal closing. You will help restaurants understand why Fairbite provides a better delivery experience, reduce customer complaints, and improve satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with restaurants across the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- Conduct regular in-person visits with restaurant owners and managers
- Present Fairbite’s value, with emphasis on our heated Hot Box technology
- Close new restaurant partnerships and guide them through onboarding
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales records
- Provide feedback to the leadership team to refine sales playbooks
- Represent Fairbite professionally and effectively in the field
Compensation
Fairbite offers a combined base salary and commission plan designed to reward high performance.
- Base Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Commission: Paid for every restaurant onboarded, with no cap
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Mileage or transportation stipend
- Opportunity for equity consideration for top performers
Top earners can target $110,000 or more in their first year.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales required; experience in hospitality, foodservice, or SaaS sales is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting in-person prospecting and outreach
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
