This position is for School Year 2026-2027.
The successful external (non-FEA) applicant will receive a $2,000 signing bonus following the first 30 days of his/her contract.
Job Summary: Plans and provides appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. Through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, facilitates development in areas of need such as educational, social/emotional, communication, gross motor, fine motor, and adaptive.
Retirement: State of Alaska TRS
Bargaining Unit: Fairbanks Education Association (FEA)
Salary: Determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement
Contract Length: Minimum of 184 days
