Responsibilities- Assist customers in locating and ordering automotive parts and accessories accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory by processing orders, receiving shipments, and managing stock levels.
- Provide expert advice to customers and service technicians on parts compatibility and availability.
- Manage parts returns and warranty processes according to company policies.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure parts readiness and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized and clean parts department to facilitate quick access and processing.
- Delivering and picking up parts from wholesale customers.
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role preferred.
