We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our elite service team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an experienced technician who thrives in dynamic environments and can lead by example in the field. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, generating detailed repair estimates, mentoring junior technicians, and upholding our high standards of safety and performance. What You’ll Do: Travel nationwide to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting complex equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems in industrial and maritime machinery. Identify parts and materials needed for service and ensure availability. Prepare detailed quotations outlining labor, materials, and scope of work. Lead and mentor field teams ensure top-tier workmanship and safety compliance. Communicate directly with customers to explain technical issues and deliver service solutions. Document work thoroughly in service reports for internal and client records. Always maintain safety and compliance standards. What You’ll Work On: You will be servicing and supporting mission-critical systems including: Weapons Elevators Cargo Elevators Shipboard Cranes Hoists and Winches Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) Watertight and Airtight Doors Aircraft Support and Handling Systems Pneumatic and Electro-mechanical Deck Equipment What You Bring: At least 2 years of field service experience in industrial or commercial equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proven leadership and training capabilities in field environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to NOFORN access requirements); dual citizenship not permitted.
