What You'll Do:
- Execute full bathroom remodels from demo to final walkthrough:
- Demolition & disposal
- Framing & drywall (hang, tape, sand)
- Tile installation (floors, walls, showers, niches – porcelain, ceramic, natural stone)
- Waterproofing (Schluter, RedGard, wediboard systems)
- Vanity, toilet, faucet, shower valve & head installation
- Basic plumbing (PEX crimping, PVC drains, fixture hook-ups)
- Electrical (GFCI outlets, vanity lights, exhaust fans – we pull permits)
- Painting, caulking, trim, accessories
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and daily material organization
- Coordinate with clients and crew using Housecall Pro Enterprise (scheduling, invoicing, photo updates)
- Problem-solve on-site – layout challenges, custom niches, curb-less showers
- Mentor junior helpers on tile setting, waterproofing, and finish details
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on bathroom remodeling experience
- Expert-level tile setting (large-format, mosaics, diagonals, waterproofing)
- Proficiency in:
- Drywall finishing
- Basic plumbing & electrical for fixtures
- Reading bathroom plans & elevations
- Strong communication – client-facing updates, clear punch-list closeouts
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro (or similar CRM) a plus
- Valid driver's license reliable transportation
- Michigan residential builder license (or eligibility) a plus
- Own hand tools (we provide power tools, tile saws, materials)
Pay & Benefits
- $35–$40/hour (paid weekly via direct deposit or 1099)
- Performance bonuses (typically $200–$600 per completed bathroom)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start)

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
