Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department on a case-by-case basis based on the Fair Political Practice Commission’s current telework policy. While FPPC supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their website with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the FPPC.

Position Details
Department Information
The Mission of the Legal Division is to provide interpretation of analysis of laws, court decisions, and rules and regulations affecting Commission. The Legal Division ensures that consistent and sound advice is given by staff and also coordinates the development of legislative proposals, regulations, and Commission opinions. The division's responsibilities include acting as legal counsel for the Commission.
