Cleans kitchen and prepares work stations for cooks.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or mover up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Cleans kitchen counters, floors, work stations
- Stocks kitchen inventory
- Assists kitchen staff as needed
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Less than high school education; or three or more years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor license (alcohol service).
- Louisiana State Racing Commission license (to be obtained upon hire)
