What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance and Repair Worker position at Fair Day Work?
Fair Day Work is building a local list of dependable individuals and small crews for hourly property work around Tidioute and Warren County. Jobs may include repairs, decks, siding, gutters, roofing, doors, windows, block and concrete, driveways, grass cutting, landscaping, cleanup, and snow removal. You do not need to do everything.

We discuss the scope and terms of each opportunity before assigning it.
We may discuss W-2 employment or a contract with an independent business or company crew where the actual relationship and legal requirements support it. We verify any required licensing, registration, and coverage for the specific work before it starts. Questions and opportunities are generally coordinated by text with your permission. No resume is required.
