Preferred candidates will have experience in business/corporate law along with strong academic credentials and research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Travel around the State of Michigan is required. Candidates must be members of the State Bar of Michigan in good standing. This is primarily an in-office position. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered in limited circumstances, consistent with the Firm’s Remote Work Policy and subject to approval.
