About the job
- Performs Physical inspection of bulk containers and disposition labeling.
- Maintains Manufacturer Certificate of analysis document files.
- Determines test requirement of bulk, reviews test results, and completes applicable test sample documentation.
- Performs bulk sampling, including staging.
- Reviews Manufacturer Certificate of Analysis against applicable compendia monograph and associated receiving documents for accuracy.
- Performs inspections, tests, and disposition of container/Closure repack components.
- Reviews labels for accuracy and approval.
- Creates, reviews, and approved Certificates of Analysis.
- Assists with inspection and disposition of item returns.
- Performs initial investigations for customer and supplier complaints as assigned and internal quality investigations as required.
- Trains and mentors junior quality technicians.
- Conducts inhouse identification testing (Including method validation documenting) utilizing raw material analyzer.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of (2) years previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- May require standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
