What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Attorney position at Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A.?
FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for an estate planning associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience with trusts, estates, and probate matters. The firm is seeking a candidate with strong writing abilities, knowledge of probate and procedural rules, experience with the estate planning process and tax structures, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates MUST BE LICENSED to practice law in Minnesota. A portable book of business is a plus, but it is not necessarily required for this position.

Salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 (commensurate with experience) plus quarterly bonuses based on files originated and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
