POSITION OVERVIEW
The Community Development Manager is the primary growth engine and cultural ambassador for Faena Rose Miami Beach. They will source, cultivate, and convert high-caliber prospects into engaged members while nurturing the existing community to sustain best-in-class renewal rates and Net Promoter Scores. The role blends luxury-sales discipline with curatorial sensitivity. Every prospect must meet revenue goals and embody the Faena ethos of art & cultural curiosity, wellness, and a desire to participate in a unique, industry-leading community.
In other words, you do not simply sell, you position and nurture each interested party to ensure a community fit and a best-in-class experience from the first introduction session.

- Peer teams: Cultural Programming, Member Relations, Marketing, Event Production, Finance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Maintain and own a 12-month acquisition plan tailored to the Miami market
- Maintain a meeting calendar of presentations and follow-up meetings.
- Track outreach and conversion in PeopleVine (with additional integrations) and keep data spotless.
- Leverage HubSpot and track all activity and data within HubSpot and present weekly.
Consultative Sales & Conversion
- Lead high-touch presentations, tours, and event previews that translate Faena’s art-culture-wellness value proposition for HNW prospects.
- Prepare tailored membership proposals and shepherd candidates' applications through the Membership Committee review.
Onboarding & Retention Support
- Partner with Member Relations to craft and deliver a 90-day “wow” onboarding journey (orientation, mentor pairing, curated event invites).
- Integrate into and support the Member Relations team during events
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with new members to gather testimonials
Partnerships & Brand Presence
- Identify and close co-marketing or benefit-exchange partnerships with galleries, boutiques, luxury brands, design fairs, and impact-investment forums.
- Represent Faena Rose at off-site events; deliver thought-leadership sessions that position the clubas a cultural tastemaker.
Data Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Update weekly pipeline dashboards and month-end revenue forecasts.
- Analyze lead-source performance and membership demographics to recommend product or pricing tweaks.
Community Stewardship
- Serve as on-floor host at significant events, ensuring prospects and new members experience our culture in action and feel recognized.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a small sales-ambassador team; model service-recovery and conflict-resolution techniques.
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by the management
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Luxury relationship-selling mastery with a quota-beating track record in private-club, hospitality, or high-ticket membership sales.
- CRM fluency in PeopleVine, HubSpot, or similar; comfortable building funnels and extracting insights. MS Office Suite & Google Sheets
- Storytelling and cultural literacy that bridges art, design, media, and wellness for diverse prospects.
- Network activation across Miami's creative, financial, and wellness circles; adept at hosting and panels.
- Financial acumen and negotiation skills for discussing pricing and contract closure.
- Emotional and social intelligence to safeguard community standards without sacrificing warmth or inclusivity.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Achieve or exceed 100% of annual new-member revenue plan, with monthly variance no greaterthan ±10%.
- Convert at least 50% of qualified leads into approved members.
- Maintain first-year retention of 85% or higher.
- Sustain an NPS of 90 among first-year members.
- Secure a minimum of six new lead-generating partnerships each year.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts Management, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years in private-club membership sales or luxury hospitality B2C sales. Preferred 8 years of related work experience. This is not a junior or entry-level selling role.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed $2–4 million in annual new-member revenue.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and key cultural calendar dates.
