Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Corporate practice group in any of our offices located in the United States.

We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. The candidate must have experience drafting transaction documents, leading due diligence teams and managing specialists. The candidate should also have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in parallel. Faegre Drinker's Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience incorporating artificial intelligence into legal practice.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 - $315,000.

Actual initial salary will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
