Job Description Summary:
Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to work with our Innovation team in our Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Denver, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting Faegre Drinker’s client-facing solutions. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.Job Description:
What you would do:
- Identifies, prioritizes, and manages the implementation of client-facing solutions
- Promotes awareness and adoption of these solutions by actively engaging with colleagues across the firm.
- Evaluates tools, processes, and services that can enhance the delivery of client solutions, as well as lead proofs of concept or pilots as appropriate.
- Manages complex, multi-person projects, and timelines including defining scope, objectives, allocating resources and assigning responsibility, as well as monitor progress
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the innovation solutions team, overseeing performance, mentoring, training, and career development. Ensures team compliance with firm policies and supports adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $122,500 – $137,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is an exempt role and the initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to, a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

What is required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of client service experience as well as project coordination and/or management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience that includes developing team members professionally.
- 4-6 years designing and building extranet solutions or related work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
- Skilled in using process automation platforms (PowerAutomate, NeotaLogic, document automation tools, etc.)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
