We are expanding our U.S. presence and seeking an experienced SSD Sales Manager to develop and manage customer relationships across North America, while supporting strategic accounts in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
1) SSD & Controller Sales Execution: Drive direct sales efforts for SSD and controller business lines.
2) Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including hyperscale, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts in North America, with occasional Asia engagement.
3) Sales Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
4) Forecasting & Pipeline: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, providing regular updates on both SSD and controller opportunities.
5) Contract & Pricing Support: Participate in commercial negotiations, supporting volume pricing and agreement processes under senior leadership guidance.
6) Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to customer engineering and procurement teams, ensuring requirements and qualifications are clearly understood and met.
7) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with FADU’s Product, R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to represent customer needs and ensure smooth project execution.
8) Industry Engagement: Represent FADU at select industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen visibility and relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience
1) 8~12 years of experience in SSD, controller, or NAND-related sales or business development.
2) Demonstrated success managing B2B sales cycles, ideally with hyperscale/cloud providers, storage OEMs, or data center customers.
3) Solid understanding of SSD architectures (PCIe/NVMe), controller technology, and NAND market trends.
4) Experience working with global accounts across geographies and time zones.
Skills
1) Strong technical and business acumen in storage solutions.
2) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
3) Ability to manage complex sales cycles across SSD ODM and controller engagements.
4) Proven ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
Work Location Requirement
1) This position is on-site at FADU’s Santa Clara office.
2) Remote work is not available for this role.
3) Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and work from the Santa Clara office.
Language
1) Fluent in English (Required)
2) Korean language and cultural familiarity is a plus.
