We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, fades, beard trims and styling services.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients of all ages, including children.
- Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Arrive on time and work scheduled business hours consistently.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
- Follow all state board sanitation and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Promote a team-oriented and professional atmosphere.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Current Barber or Cosmetology License (required).
- Proven experience performing fades, haircuts, and styling services.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full business hours.
