Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Associate Attorney located in Albuquerque, NM. The Personal Injury Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury and wrongful death cases from inception through trial. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlements, taking and defending depositions, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
· Admission (or ability to be admitted) to the New Mexico State Bar
· Excellent research, legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
· Experience in personal injury law is a plus
· Ability to manage a heavy caseload and prioritize effectively
Compensation and Benefits
· Starting salaries begin at six figures and are negotiable based on experience
