Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records and data. As a Data Entry and Appointment Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering client information into our system and scheduling appointments with clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Enter client data accurately into our database
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
• Utilize databases and CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage appointments, intake documents & client retention.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and documents.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including typing and transcription duties.
• Maintain organized records of client information and schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in databases and CRM systems.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Clerical experience with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
