We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead to drive large-scale data platform transformation initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic consulting, technical expertise, and strong program leadership to design and deliver modern, scalable data architectures aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executive, business, and engineering teams to drive alignment on data transformation initiatives
- Define and execute end-to-end data platform transformation programs, including planning, delivery, and governance
- Conduct comprehensive data platform assessments and develop actionable transformation roadmaps
- Design enterprise data architectures, data models, and data supply chain frameworks
- Develop business cases and value realization strategies for data initiatives
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful insights and presentations for senior leadership
- Manage program risks, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of:
- Data supply chain
- Data management & governance
- Enterprise data architecture & data modeling
- Proven consulting experience in data platform assessments and transformation strategies

Technology Stack

Experience & Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading large-scale data initiatives
