Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Appliance Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting technicians by identifying and ordering correct appliance parts, managing work orders, and coordinating with manufacturers and third-party service providers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, and enjoys problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify appliance parts using manufacturer websites
- Order parts accurately and efficiently
- Locate and review manufacturer service bulletins
- Communicate with technicians to ensure correct parts are selected
- Review completed technician jobs daily
- Process and manage internal work orders
- Work with third-party service companies to prepare and submit estimates through online portals
- Assist with scheduling and workflow processes (training provided)
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (required)
- Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
- Ability to research and navigate manufacturer websites
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
