What You’ll Own:

• Growth Engine: Drive and manage the agency’s active new business pipeline and outreach flow.
• Executive Access: Work directly with the CEO and Director of Growth, gaining real proximity to strategy and visibility.
• Visual Storytelling: Help craft compelling proposals, decks, and pitch materials with a sharp eye for design and visual consistency.
• Cultural Pulse: Monitor industry shifts and help maintain Factory’s external visibility (awards submissions, thought leadership, etc.).

Skills You Possess:

• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Sharp eye for design, presentation development, and visual storytelling
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Curious about culture, media, brands, and emerging trends
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, positive, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office preferred
