About the Role
Factory Direct Supply, a growing multi-location rebar fabricator and building materials distributor, is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead our West Palm Beach Florida fabrication yard. You'll own daily production operations at a high-volume shop — hitting tonnage targets, managing your crew, coordinating material flow, and keeping equipment running. This role reports directly to company leadership and carries real autonomy for the right candidate.
What You'll Manage
- Shear line and automated bending equipment operations
- Daily production scheduling and tonnage targets
- Material handling — inbound bar stock, outbound fabricated product
- Crew supervision and performance management
- Coordination with detailing, logistics, and sales teams
- Equipment maintenance coordination
- Yard safety and compliance
What You Bring
- 5 years of direct rebar fabrication experience — shear lines, CNC benders, coil processing
- aSa software proficiency (required)
- Familiarity with automated bending equipment (MEP, Schnell, KRB, or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret bar lists, shop tickets, and CRSI shapes
- Material handling and logistics coordination experience
- Strong crew management and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
