Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is a fast-growing leader in architectural glass—designing and delivering high-end walkable skylights, glass floors, and structural glass products nationwide. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator who can help keep projects moving, shipments flowing, and production organized.
This role blends project coordination, logistics, and hands-on shop support. If you enjoy a mix of desk work, problem-solving, and staying involved in day-to-day operations, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do
Shipping & Logistics
- Schedule and track all inbound/outbound freight
- Communicate with carriers and customers
- Ensure accurate documentation and on-time delivery
- Manage shop drawings and customer approvals
- Track production schedules
- Work directly with the fabrication team to keep timelines on track
- Perform regular inventory checks
- Monitor material usage
- Keep production stocked and ready
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and communication
- Support production workflow and help solve day-to-day challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in logistics, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
