Facilities Administrator
Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Do
- Planning and scheduling facility department activities - PMs/repairs/projects
- Purchasing spare parts and supplies
- Inventory management – ensure critical parts are in stock
- Break down invoices and ensure the costs are input into the correct account strings for processing
- Update Facilities logs, PMs into Megamation
- Keep track of site contract labor hired and reconcile at the end of each month for billing
What Helps You Succeed
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing philosophy
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of English proficiency (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation)
- Able to multitask under tight deadlines; set priorities; perform responsible and difficult administrative work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative
- 3 years of experience in office administration an asset
- Related experience in equipment planning considered an asset
