After validating the market through direct engagement with manufacturers across the country, we are entering the next phase of our growth.

💰 Compensation
OTE: $40K–$80K depending on experience and performance.
Breakdown:
- Approximately 75% of OTE: base compensation and expected overtime earnings
- Approximately 25% of OTE: variable commission, capped at 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May and November)
