Traveling Day Porter Requirements
- Janitorial experience including hotels, hospitals, clinics and hospitality settings.
- Medical Cleaning Compliance Knowledge.
- Carpet and floor work Knowledge.
- Quality assurance inspection ability.
- Front-facing customer relations experience.
- Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish a plus.
- Must have reliable automobile and insurance.
- Covid and Flu shots are required.
- Ability to pass a background check for working in highly secured areas.
- Inspection of client buildings to maintain Resource Facility Solutions quality standards and contract Scope of Work.
- Provide customer relations to the customer and resolve issues at hand.
- Ensure buildings have proper supplies to complete scope of work.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
- Travel to each clients building on a regular basis.
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance available.
- Auto allowance provided for travelling day porters.
