Job Summary

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks. This role requires hands-on skills across multiple trades—including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated professional who is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Replace belts and filters on air-handling units.
• Patch and repair minor holes or cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, structures, and equipment as needed.
• Repair and maintain concrete flooring, steps, and sidewalks.
• Inspect and repair damaged interior surfaces and fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Follow all company safety, health, and accident-prevention policies while maintaining accurate records.
• Keep assigned areas clean and presentable while assisting fellow maintenance team members when needed.
• Perform additional duties in alignment with skill set and operational needs.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of related maintenance experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass a local background check and obtain/maintain NACI/LAC clearance after hire.
• Valid state driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
