Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility
- Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as floor buffing, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and production areas according to established standards
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as light repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance staff
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Adhere to facility-specific procedures for hazardous materials handling and disposal
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors
- Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, or pressure washers is desirable

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
