Lead a small cleaning crew through nightly service routes. Team Leads are responsible for quality, consistency, and team performance across a set of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient new cleaning technicians on proper procedures and standards
• Conduct quality inspections at assigned accounts each shift
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met at every visit
• Communicate site issues, supply needs, and technician concerns to management
• Deliver supplies to technicians and sites as needed
• Provide emergency coverage when team members are absent
• Coach team members on technique, professionalism, and accountability
• Complete and submit inspection and quality reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning experience — 1 year preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to hold team members accountable respectfully
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk 2-3 hours per shift
• Perform all cleaning tasks alongside team members when needed
