We're a mission-driven company focused on proactive threat detection and rapid incident response. As our operations grow, we are seeking detail-oriented, team-first individuals to join our overnight incident coordination team.

Role Overview

As an Incident Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in real-time surveillance and crisis response. Working alongside a large, experienced team of remote Monitoring Analysts, you’ll observe security feeds, assess threats, and coordinate rapid responses by dispatching field personnel or emergency services when criminal activity is detected.

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership position within a high-stakes virtual control room environment. You will be expected to handle live incidents with clarity, calmness, and quick decision-making — all while maintaining detailed logs and communication streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live video feeds from commercial property surveillance systems.
  • Assess real-time criminal and suspicious activity with a strong attention to detail.
  • Dispatch appropriate field personnel and emergency services when incidents arise.
  • Coordinate with analysts and security teams to ensure accurate situational awareness.
  • Operate and pilot drones remotely across various U.S. locations (FAA Part 107 certification required — support provided).
  • Maintain communication logs, incident reports, and status updates using internal systems.
  • Follow protocols and escalate issues based on company and legal procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Must be able to obtain a FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot License (within first 90 days — company will assist).
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts, independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills under pressure.
  • Computer proficient; able to quickly learn new monitoring and dispatch platforms.
  • Prior military, law enforcement, or security background is a plus.

Training & Schedule

  • Training Provided: On-the-job training occurs during business hours (Central Time).
  • Work Schedule Post Training: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST (48 hours/week).

What We Offer

  • Competitive entry-level pay with structured reviews.
  • Company-supported drone licensing.
  • Growth potential within a fast-scaling operations team.
  • A mission-driven, high-performance environment.
