Job Summary:

The Systems Integration Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining integrations between various systems and applications. This role ensures that data flows seamlessly across platforms, enabling efficient business operations and decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS (Paycor), ERP (NetSuite) and IT, along with excellent problem-solving and communications skills.

Key Responsibilities:1.Collaborates with Information Technology, Finance, People Operations and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration between systems.2.Onboarding and Offboarding set up of team members.3.Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration solutions, optimize software between internal and external systems.4.Maintains integration workflows and data processes.5.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues in a timely manner.6.Manage and document system interfaces, data mappings, and process flows.7.Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and scalability in integrations.8.Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new application deployments9.Provide technical support and guidance to on integration-related issues.10. Implementation of new systems11.Other duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 yrs of exp with ERP (NetSuite), CRM, HRIS (Paycor), and other enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Show initiative, creativity and problem-solving ability
• Ability to travel to local worksites as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to sit, stand or view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift or move items over 25 pounds.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
