What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Facilities?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers, and resolving issues.
- Performs quality control check of service areas.
- Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Coordinates cleaner’s schedules.
- Interviews and hires cleaning staff
- Provides training to assigned staff
- Ensures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standards
- Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
SKILL and/or ABILITIES
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate in English
