Janitorial Supervisor (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Arlington

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Full-time/Part-time Supervisor to oversee custodial operations across multiple facilities. This bilingual position is responsible for managing cleaning operations, ensuring quality standards, and providing overall direction to ensure the smooth operation of assigned projects in accordance with contract specifications.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in janitorial operations, team leadership, quality control, and floor care. This position plays a key role in ensuring that facilities consistently meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and custodial operations across multiple facilities, ensuring all areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
• Support cleaning staff in improving efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
• Create schedules, assign cleaning duties, and ensure the proper completion of assigned tasks.
• Communicate with company headquarters regarding operations, service quality, and any required follow-up.
• Perform quality control inspections of assigned buildings to verify compliance with company procedures and customer expectations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Ensure the proper operation and care of cleaning equipment, including floor care equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing proper procedures for custodial work and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role overseeing cleaning teams.
• Experience managing custodial operations in commercial, industrial, and/or large-scale facility environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, methods, and industry best practices.
• Experience with floor care procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and mobile/inspection applications.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Work Location

• In person.
• Daily commute to the Arlington location is required.
• For the part-time position, we have two shift options: Option 1: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM or Option 2: 9:00 PM–1:00 AM

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
