We are looking for motivated, creative individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our HR department is looking for an assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. HR assistant qualifications we’re looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Answer phones and direct calls accordingly with a positive attitude.
- Greet guest and applicants with a hospitable and energetic work ethic.
- Data Entry with accuracy.
- Collect, Track and Process highly confidential employee communications, records, and documentation.
- Create and Maintain digital files of confidential employee records and documentation.
- Support and Assist other departments as needed.
Skills
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality is highly important
- Detail oriented with an understanding of deadlines, must be able to work within deadlines and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Team player with a positive attitude and possess a solid work ethic.
- Posses a Valid Driver License
- Must be able to pass a drug test and extensive criminal background check
