Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Manage project schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Monitor job progress, conduct site visits, and maintain communication with customers and partners.
- Review project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Track project performance, timelines, and key operational metrics.
- Coach, train, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and grow project revenue.
- Travel as needed.
- Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and ability to motivate the team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with technology and project management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in active job-site environments and travel as needed.
