Position: Painter/Equipment Repair
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Supervises: None
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Work cooperatively with students, teachers, and co-workers.
- Some skilled positions may be required to hold current license & keep license active.
- Will be multi-skilled in two or more areas of work or in the same work field.
- Previous experience in area of skill.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and qualify for school insurance.
- Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Position Goal: To have qualified and skilled personnel that are able to repair all buildings and assist in all other types of maintenance to these buildings.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- All skilled personnel of any type at this level will be multi-skilled and be able to use their special talents in a quality manner and ina professional manner on a daily basis.
- All multi-skilled personnel in the construction trades will be proficient in their area and be able to do whatever is necessary to complete the job assigned to them.
- Personnel on this level will be able to coordinate other skilled staff members when working on a joint building or remodeling project.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Employment Terms: Twelve (12) month classified hourly contract
FLSA Qualification: Non-Exempt

Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate to exchange information.
