SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Mitigation Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing property damage due to water, fire, mold, storm, and other restoration-related losses. Your ability to assess damage, build trust, develop accurate estimates, and communicate solutions will play a critical role in helping customers recover quickly while supporting the success of our mitigation operations. Territory to be covered by the Esimator will include the West Harrisburg, PA market south to the Hunt Valley, MD market.

What You'll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess damage and determine mitigation needs
- Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work for restoration services.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
- Manage appointments, documentation, and estimate follow-up using company systems.
- Partner with internal teams to support approvals, project success, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry standards, company procedures, and estimating best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers during stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with technology, mobile applications, and estimating software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass criminal background check and preemployment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restoration industry strongly preferred; experience in construction, insurance, property damage assessment, or related industries considered
- Knowledge of mitigation estimating platforms and restoration industry standards.
- Familiarity with IICRC guidelines and restoration best practices.
- Previous estimating, project management, sales, or customer-facing experience.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
