Anytime Flooring is seeking a Flooring Estimator for immediate hire! Anytime Flooring is a leading flooring and installation provider in the Southeast Region. We have over 10 years of professional flooring experience in both commercial and residential projects. Job Summary: As a Flooring Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing project requirements, providing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to gather accurate measurements and evaluate flooring project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project specifications and expectations.
• Analyze blueprints and technical documents to determine material quantities and specifications.
• Utilize industry knowledge to select appropriate flooring materials and finishes for each project.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, considering labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing, and new products to provide informed recommendations.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating or project management.
• Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator or similar role in the construction or flooring industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in relevant software for estimating and project management.

• Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer
