Power Washers (early morning to afternoon shifts)
Tempe & Scottsdale Locations
Facilities Maintenance for Outdoor Retail Center Located in Tempe & Scottsdale, AZ.
We are looking for positive motivated individuals to join our maintenance team. This position will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an outdoor shopping center. This position will be focused on pressure washing on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Applicant must be able to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays. Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance and cleaning. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties.
Tasks:
- Power wash outdoors on a regular basis
- Empty trash, recyclable receptacles and ashtrays
- Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment
- Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors
- Wash store front windows and doors
- Report any needed repairs immediately to Maintenance
- Check entire property for spills or water to clean up immediately
- Set up, arrange, and remove any decorations, tables and chairs to prepare facilities for events
- Operates machinery and equipment as needed
- Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals
- Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department
- Other tasks as assigned
Work Environment:
Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive heat and cold, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time.
