What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Dental Assistant position at Facial Beauty Dental?
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would have minimum 3 years experience in dental assisting.
This is a practice that genuinely cares about our patients and our employees. We take the time to do things right and build long-term relationships with all of our patients.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Chairside assisting with Dr. Smith or Dr. Fetolli during a variety of treatment procedures
- Take record of patients' medical histories and vital signs
- Operating our digital scanning workflow using PrimeScan intraoral scanner
- Working with our in-office 3D printers (SprintRay) and milling unit (MCXL Mill)
- Work on in office lab work
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Setting up rooms, patient prep, room turnover
- Operating our digital scanning workflow using Primescan intraoral scanner
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with patients
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental software (we use OpenDental)
- Ability to maintain infection control standards in a dental setting

SCHEDULE
Monday 8:30am–6pm · Tuesday 8:30am–6pm · Wednesday 8:30am–6pm · Thursday 11am–5pm
COMPENSATION
$22– $28/ hr based on experience and credentials
